About the role
The Managing Consultant role is a key member of CyberCX's Network & Infrastructure Solutions leadership team in each region.

The primary responsibility of the Managing Consultant is to build and lead a high performing regional Network & Infrastructure Solutions team that delivers market leading solutions to our customers and executes on the latest technology trends.

The role will include planning, managing and reporting on team resourcing and delivering project outcomes for our customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project outcomes and be the state technical escalation for project needs
  • Plan and manage team resourcing, ensuring utilisation is aligned to the practice targets
  • Ensure accurate reporting for team and client deliverables
  • Support business development activities by building genuine longterm partnerships, relationships, and networks, externally, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth across CyberCX Practices and Functions
  • Conduct presales activity to ensure solutions and project scopes meet client requirements and team capabilities
  • Align and promote the latest technology trends, as well as drive emerging technologies into market

Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Senior level certifications from the leading industry vendor and partners of CyberCX
  • At least 7 years' experience in professional services, cyber security and/or technology
  • 3 years of relevant people leadership experience
  • Experience in architecture, design, implementation and integration of security, network and mobility solutions. Including endpoint, firewall, WAF, NAC, data centre, wireless, SD[1]WAN, internet connectivity, unified communications, and remote access
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant experience
  • Professional and ethical, you inspire trust and confidence through integrity and respect
  • Customerobsessed and a selfstarter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers
  • Emotionally intelligent, you lead with empathy, connection, and assertiveness
