About the Role

Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on the future growth of Sunnyfield? Our Shared Living division provides a supportive environment to make a difference to the clients we support.

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth and management of services in the Sydney Eastern, Inner West & Southern Sydney regions.

Using your leadership skills, you will mentor and support your team of Service Coordinators ensuring that compliance, reporting, and best practice are achieved.


Key focus:

  • Ensure highquality services are consistently provided to clients and their families
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching and developing opportunities to your team
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and income forecasts for each service
  • Manage service within the approved budget and are in line with client needs and support plans
  • Contribute to the growth of Sunnyfield through the development and expansion of your service, client acquisition and retention
  • Ensure your team has a thorough understanding of compliance in all areas of service delivery and that all operations are compliant with required legislation, standards, accreditations, and approved funding obligations

About You

You will demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with people.

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role managing high performing teams within the disability sector or related field
  • A strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its funding and policy protocols, standards and processes
  • Capacity to effectively deliver and monitor service provisions to budget
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders
