Your New Role

Based out of Condell Park with hybrid WFH arrangements, this role would suit an IT Manager looking for their next exciting challenge or a less experienced IT Leader looking to step up

You'll:


Report to an inspirational Group CIO (based in St Louis, USA) in a hands-on, greenfield and newly created role that sits on the Global IT leadership team.

You'll enjoy being autonomous, getting your hands dirty and enjoy wearing multiple hats;

Coordinate and help build the local IT strategy and be the interface with the TricorBraun businesses operating in the APAC region.

You'll be the eyes and ears of the ANZ business when it comes to IT;

Work closely with senior executives and business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and recommend/implement solutions for the AUS team members in partnership with the US IT team to support the developing needs of the business.

You'll actively monitor emerging technologies and identifying innovation opportunities that can help the business;
Manage one direct report, augmented by partners. You'll set up the local agreements and manage the day-to-day direction, delivery and relationships. You'll support software issues and see them through to completion. You'll also be supported by the Global Support Centre in the US;
Lead IT activities relating to regional M&A activities working with closely with global peers in the Integration Management Office; and

Execute on local, regional and global IT projects and system rollouts.

Your Background and Experience

Minimum of five years' experience in a similar IT Manager, IT Business Partner or Applications Manager role;
Experience working in large, multinational companies with small local subsidiaries advantageous however not essential;
Experience working within the supply chain, manufacturing, distribution or logistics industries also advantageous;
You will be a hands-on, collaborative, authentic and pragmatic leader who is passionate about being a strategic partner to leadership and business stakeholders;
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills; and


Above all else, you will be passionate about helping others and will have possess a friendly, vibrant and positive attitude with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
