What this job involves:

Manage the provision facilities management in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises within the designated WoAG portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff. Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities.

This position will assist the Senior Facilities Manager to deliver the full range of services to the Entities.

Please note this role is a fixed term contract for 1 year

Main duties include:

Managing & Inspiring your teamBuild and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within teamEnsure high staff morale, trust and work ethicsTraining & Development of (two) team members Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client's expectations are metBuild and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation Facilities Management ServicesManagement of Facilities as designated by the National Facilities ManagerEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standardsEnsure that the JLL work order management system is regularly checked and maintained and all works are completed within designated SLA's and KPI'sRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operationsImplement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all timesEnsure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met Financial ManagementActively work to ensure that the site's financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and control requirements including the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of EthicsEnsure financial processes are followed at all times Ensuring everyone stays safeThis role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.Report and escalation of WHS near miss/good catches and incidents in accordance with CMO reporting tool and escalation matrix. Keeping an eye on the Site & OperationsRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required Use and maintain a Property databasePreparedness to develop a strong understanding of the various property management database systemsComplete, update and maintain applicable web based management information systems, including uploading various property documentationEnsure all data is held accurately in our systems to allow payment in a timely manner Limiting Risk to JLL & WoAGEnsure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is implemented and maintained.Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and maintainedAdhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures and strategies
