About the Role
Become the Brisbane-based product expert for this company. Developing and imparting your knowledge of this essential interior design product. Manage your time between showroom customer appointments and visits to customers' premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the webbased appointment calendar
  • Provide superior customer service to a variety of clients
  • Supply solutions to clients using your welldeveloped product knowledge
  • Visit and deliver products to clients when necessary
  • Be an ambassador for the company and its products
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer records into the CRM

Skills & Experience required

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential
  • A genuine passion for customer service and engaging with a wide variety of demographics
  • You are known for your time management and high standard of grooming and presentation
  • Interior design is a genuine passion of yours
  • You have a naturally selfmotivated and proactive nature
