Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior manager experience, with a strong understanding of profit measures and a drive to exceed sales goals, industry training provided.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Certification in restaurant or food service management would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
