Role;
Based in Western Sydney, we're looking for experienced and enthusiastic PSP (previously OOHC) Caseworkers to complete a team.


As a PSP Case Manager you will bring your experience and skills to the Permanency Support Program, working closely with the children and young people, carers and birth families to provide high quality and effective case management services within a therapeutic and trauma informed model.


Criteria;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years Casework experience within OOHC and/or Child Protection
  • Strong understanding and proven ability providing quality assessment and case management services to children/young people within the Permanency Support Program
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a trauma informed framework
  • Understanding and experience of working within a culturally diverse environment

  • Current drivers licence required and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A successful NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Federal Police check is required prior to starting in this role
