Your opportunity:


As the Executive Services/Project Support Officer, you support the Executive Director and broader Program Team for the staged implementation of the Queensland Complaints Clearinghouse.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Services or Project Support Officer to contribute as part of the initial to team to drive the execution of this priority program.


Some of the responsibility of the PMO include:

  • Provide high-level, confidential secretarial and support functions, including diary management, to the Executive Director, Queensland Complaints Clearinghouse Program.
  • Work independently to deliver all office management function including onboarding new staff, asset management, record management and liaising with building services.
  • Coordinate meetings with staff at all levels with stakeholders within Queensland Government departments, other public sector agencies, as well as with representatives from external organisations.
  • Undertake assigned project tasks independently to support the broader program as required. Tasks may include program performance reporting, budget tracking and forecasting, stakeholder engagement register maintenance, risk and issue register maintenance & preparation of draft communications material.
