Role

This position requires full attendance and involves tasks aligned with guidelines, accepted practices, and school policies. Responsibilities may include coordinating education support staff and providing support within the educational program.

This role does not involve teaching duties as defined by the Education and Training Reform Act.

Certification and qualifications of up to three years may be necessary.

A role at this level may involve specific support tasks, assistance within educational programs, health and wellbeing support, or technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to instruct and operate computer and learning technologies
  • Manage student and staff enquiries
  • Provide guidance on information location and equipment operation
  • Work closely with students and offer assistance
  • Design and prepare documentation using software programs
  • Update information systems and records
  • Provide collaborative advice and information
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines
  • Operate equipment according to protocols
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Experience in Windows and MacOS environments
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Team player mentality
