With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Dental Assistants interested in working on a casual basis.

We are conveniently located on Stockton Ave where we have plenty pf parking, are close to a bus stop and are across the street from shops and cafes

The Heart of the Role:

  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Highend patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

What you'll bring:

  • Ability to keep calm and professional in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
  • Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
