Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and drive continuous improvement for the NSW Masonry depots
  • Inventory and Stock Management for our NSW depots through the sales & operations process to maximise efficiency of operations including depot stock management, stock transfers and ordering through our Toll partners
  • Assist our despatch and customer service teams with coordination of customer deliveries and ex depot collections in NSW to meet customer requirements
  • Overall operational responsibility to maintain and monitor internal and external compliance requirements associated with our NSW depots
  • Facilitate and oversee pallet collection and improvement opportunities for NSW depots
  • Manage the MTO process for specialised batch orders in the NSW market
  • Management of the despatch and yard teams at our Moorebank and Newcastle depots

What you will need to succeed

  • Formal qualifications in a relevant field advantageous
  • Supervisor or management experience, preferably in Despatch
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise
  • High level of experience in SAP and excel
