An exciting opening has arisen to join a well-established, connected and supportive MST team.

You would be joining a small and dedicated team of practitioners providing intensive in-home engagement with a small caseload of no more than 5 families.


  • Noble Park location, bordering Wurundjeri & Boonwurrung Country
  • Fulltime, permanent position
  • Base Salary $110K plus super and the option of salary packaging
  • Full Private Use of a Berry Street motor vehicle

The opportunity


Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a family and community-based model of treatment for young people at risk of entering or who have recently entered out-of-home care.

It aims to keep young people living safely at home, in school and out of the justice system.

MST is a holistic, therapeutic intervention with 35 years of research evidence.

It also has the highest rating of evidence on California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare (CEBC), Blueprints Clearing Houses and Early Intervention Foundation.


Your Skills and Experience


You will be an experienced practitioner who has worked with caregivers, across multiple systems with a developed ability to implement interventions within or between systems in a young person's ecology, including family, peers, school or work, activities or interests, and support services.

Having an understanding and appreciation for engaging and collaborating with all relevant systems and key participants within the family and young person's ecology to create shared goals and desired outcomes.
