Surety Application Manager


This is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible insurance professional to the Surety practice here at Aon.

You will have the opportunity to work and learn from an experienced group of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.


This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices in either Sydney or Melbourne.

What the day will look like

  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Participate in insurance policy prerenewal, renewal and postrenewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Developing solutions that result in improved client outcomes and retention.
