Classic Recruitment is working with Fitzy's Toowoomba to assist them in recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor.


This is a full-time role, where the successful person would be required to work a mix of days, nights and weekends.

An attractive salary is on offer.

Key Duties include:

  • Ensuring all restaurant operations are in line for smooth service and a memorable guest experience.
  • Ability to monitor staff for professionalism and presentation with mentoring as required.
  • Assisting with the staffing and rostering of the restaurant.
What you will need

  • Previous experience in managing a full table service restaurant.
  • Proven experience in leading from the front and creating a high performing and engaged team.
  • Possess a current RSA
  • You must genuinely love customer service and have a drive to deliver memorable moments for guests.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people and as part of a close team.
