We have an outstanding opportunity for a Behavior Support Practitioner to join our client's team (full-time or part-time) at their healthcare facility located in North Western Melbourne and assist our community's most vulnerable members in accomplishing their objectives and increasing their quality of life as we continue to develop.

As a Behavior Support Practitioner, you will have the chance to assist people in enhancing their function, independence, access, general health and wellness.

The Healthcare Facility:

A healthcare facility located in South Eastern Melbourne assists NDIS members in maximizing their current quality of life. They achieve this by making it simple and dependable to access resources for employment, positive behavior, health, and wellness.

The team of our client has been offering allied health services to the NDIS since the beginning of the last two years.

They were established with the backing of their parent firm with the primary goal of providing Paediatric Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology, two remarkable and timely services, to persons with disabilities.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Welfare, Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioral Science or equivalent and/ or experience in behavioral assessment and the development of behavior support plans.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience is highly regarded
  • Experience working with children and people with disability, and you are familiar with the NDIS
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and support to staff in positive behavior support
  • Willingness to undertake a Police Check
