Your role

At Mintwell, they have created a program that allows current students and graduates to gain work experience within the business through the Internship Program. As part of this, Mintwell is giving early career seekers the opportunity to gain exposure to the workplace and extraordinary employment outcomes in the Wealth Management Industry. The placement program combines both experiential learning and practical work experience that enables you to accelerate your career in Australia.

As part of your journey with Mintwell, you will get a chance to immerse yourself in their award-winning development program which will provide you with the tools and training you'll need to drive your career experience. You'll also receive a dedicated coach to help guide your career journey, along with ongoing mentoring, peer support, and e-learning to continue your personal and professional development.

Over the Work Experience period, Mintwell will also assess your performance and commitment to the program should you wish to progress to permanent employment. Depending on role availability and the succession of the business, employment opportunities may or may not be possible. If successful, all terms of employment will be mentioned in your contract
