What will you be doing?


As a Level 3 On-Premises Infrastructure Support Specialist at Chamonix IT Solutions, you will be a senior member of our support team, providing expert-level guidance and resolutions for complex on-premises infrastructure challenges.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in providing advanced support for on-premises infrastructure technologies.

How will you help contribute to our success?

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex onpremises infrastructurerelated issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Lead investigations and diagnoses for intricate onpremises infrastructure problems, collaborating with Level 2 support and other teams to resolve challenging issues.
  • Take charge of onpremises infrastructurerelated incidents, identify root causes, and implement strategic corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain comprehensive and uptodate documentation of advanced onpremises infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their advanced onpremises infrastructure requirements and provide strategic technical support.
  • Have an indepth understanding of advanced onpremises infrastructure technologies, including server management, networking, and storage solutions.
  • Proficient in leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex onpremises infrastructurerelated issues.
  • Ability to lead collaborative efforts with Level 2 support and other teams to address intricate onpremises infrastructure challenges.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to work closely with clients.
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Certification.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
