ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will ensure the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of Accounts Payable transactions with airline tickets, if you have experience in airlines/travel this role would be perfect for you.


The role requires excellent time management and communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.

The role supports the processing of large volumes of transactions, whilst working with operational teams across the business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with the ability to process high volumes of transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles including GST
  • Thorough, accurate, with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to positively engage and build successful working partnerships with staff, and suppliers.
  • Team player, with a strong work ethic dependable, timely and punctual
  • Selfmotivated, well organised, with good time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • A knowledge of the travel industry is desirable, including experience with Tramada or a similar travel accounting package
