This role will ensure the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of Accounts Payable transactions with airline tickets, if you have experience in airlines/travel this role would be perfect for you.
The role requires excellent time management and communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with the ability to process high volumes of transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- A sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles including GST
- Thorough, accurate, with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to positively engage and build successful working partnerships with staff, and suppliers.
- Team player, with a strong work ethic dependable, timely and punctual
- Selfmotivated, well organised, with good time management skills and the ability to work independently
- A knowledge of the travel industry is desirable, including experience with Tramada or a similar travel accounting package
