Party / Event Installation Crew

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the warehouse to help prep customer orders with a range of party hire equipment, including dance floors, lighting, draping, furniture, and party props.
- Load and unload equipment from trucks and transport to event venues.
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of equipment on site, ensuring that everything is set up according to the design plan and timeline
- Move and position equipment as needed to ensure a safe and functional event space.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal safety clothing when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup and installation, including dance floors, lighting, draping, furniture, and party props an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment within the safe lifting zone.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot on site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Most work is monday to saturday 9am 5pm but we are looking for willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Would prefer people who can work
mondays, fridays and saturdays at a minimum. - Valid driver's license is a must as you may be required to drive automatic vans.
