About the role


The Maintenance Tradesperson reports to the Maintenance and Compliance Coordinator and works independently to provide and perform reactive and planned preventive maintenance.

This position will contribute to the supervision and assistance to, discipline specific contractors and is required to exercise independent judgment on routine matters.

There is a requirement to participate in an on call roster providing service and advice out of normal working hours.

About you

COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt

Demonstrate practical experience and proficiency in the area of building maintenance

Commitment to continuous quality improvement

Working Knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control

Demonstrated commitment to customer focused services
