Job Description

We are seeking a new team member who is adaptable to changes in the business environment and is willing to grow and evolve with us while catering to the needs of both corporate and leisure guests at our hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently provide exceptional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Optimize revenue through effective up-selling and offering the best options to guests
  • Recommend hotel amenities and assist guests with inquiries and special requests
  • Handle room reservation requests, maintain accurate data in the system, and manage rooming lists
Qualifications:
  • Must have a guest-focused personality
  • Prior experience with Opera or similar systems is preferred
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and problems solving skills
  • Hold valid Australian working rights
