Their continued growth plans across Australasia and South-East Asia see the important need for a People Experience Officer to drive the growth and development of the team, under the tutelage of the Managing Director.

You will be joining an organisation that is fast becoming one of the most respected in the industry, and one that can boast of partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world.

Role to commence in June/July 2024.
Approximately $120k to $130k + Super Hybrid working model (must be in on Tue & Thu)A diverse and vibrant international environment Wellness days Gifts, trips and social events MAIN DUTIES/

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Policy Creation:

  • Support in the identification and requirement of various business policies
  • Support in the drafting, creating, publishing and upkeep of various business policies

Change Management Programs:

  • As they relate to the identification, procurement, and implementation of newsystems and automated processes in the business, including, but not limited tosupporting the implementation of automated:
  • HRIS Systems & Programs
  • Budget & Financial Management Systems & Processes
  • Resource Management & Scheduling Systems & Processes Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork andfacilitating orientation sessions.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities andevents.
  • Maintain employee recognition programs and assist in promoting a positive workculture.
  • Collect and analyse employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
  • Help administer mentorship or buddy programs to support employee growth.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HRISsystems, and managing personnel files.
  • Support benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries related tobenefits enrolment and eligibility.
  • Help ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
SKILLS &

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years' experience in a People & Culture or Change Management role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Google suite.
