What this opportunity involves:


The Community Manager will be part of the new Melbourne Office Workplace Experience Community and is responsible for leading the team in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.


You will be a key player in the implementation of all internal and external communication strategies and events management to drive a purposeful fusion of life and work, based on authentic human experiences.


An Overview of the role:

Create a fun an impactful engagement strategy for all guests, employees and key stakeholders
Embed a culture of empowerment, engagement and fulfilment amongst the wider Facilities team
Utilise data analytics to develop client support and feedback
Share regular event and celebration content through internal communications as well as through external methods
Champion monthly meetings with stakeholders to enhance meaningful relationships
Organise facilities and manage all event details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transport, invitees, equipment and promotions
Provide outstanding customer service and organise memorable events which exceed client expectations
Drive the wider campus team to achieve all KPI's as set out in the account plan
Ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems

Experience in management of front of house experience in hospitality or real estate
Impressive portfolio of previously managed events
Exceptional time management and communication skills
Ability to build and sustain productive business relationships
Customer focused with the ability to interface and relate to different organisational stakeholders
Strong team player and a motivational leader who strives to create a collaborative environment
