About this opportunity:


As an Assistant Aquatic Operations and Facility Supervisor at our pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of all aquatic facilities.

You will be responsible for assisting the Aquatic Operations and Facility Supervisor in managing day-to-day pool operations, staff supervision, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

This position offers an exciting and fun opportunity to contribute to the success of our aquatic facility and promote water safety and recreation.


What will you bring:

By joining our team, you will bring the following/ideally you will have:

  • Lifeguard certification
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Prior experience in lifeguarding and pool operations is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical fitness and the ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations
  • Basic computer skills for administrative tasks

First Aid and Lifeguard Training:

You must hold a valid First Aid Certificate valid until November 2024 for your lifeguard qualification to be accredited.

We are located within proximity to Melbourne, a lovely 60 to 90 minute drive from Melbourne, depending on your route.
