About the Role

  • Determine and arrange the daily schedule and vehicle requirements according to volume and requirements
  • Liaising with customers for load requirements ensuring enough time is allocated for staging and loading
  • Promoting a safe, positive work environment and aligning with all management objectives and values
  • Ensuring key service objectives are met
  • Manage and utilize assets in the most costeffective manner
  • Understand and meet all legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to actively collaborate with the wider team and customers
  • Have the ability to adapt easily, and think outside the box when there are problems
  • Continually improve the service delivery for the customer

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED

  • Previous experience within the transport sector at a similar level, preferably refrigerated FMCG or pallets
  • The ability to solve issues with outsideofthebox thinking, and ultimately contribute to the company's continued expansion
  • A resultsdriven individual who is resilient, adaptable, with a positive mindset, and a high level of integrity.
  • The ability to handle various projects simultaneously and independently
  • Current Covid vaccinations, criminal history check, and a medical will all be required for this role.
