In this role, you will

  • Grow, mentor, and lead the experienced hire recruiting team
  • Drive the recruitment strategy for all experienced hire openings
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand critical business needs
  • Measure and analyze data to evaluate success of current recruitment strategies
  • Consult with hiring managers to advise them on current pipelines, market availability and recruiting challenges, as well as provide recommendations for new approaches
  • Developing relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience; Software Development and financial industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading recruiting or sourcing teams required
  • Prior experience working directly with hiring managers to define roles, build recruiting strategies, and influence change when needed, required
  • Demonstrated ability to stick with and close hard to fill roles (36+ months), required
  • Ability to autonomously prioritize and show a sense of urgency
  • Experience with iCims or similar ATS, as well as recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice or similar tool, preferred
  • Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills, essential
  • Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems, required
