This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for consumer electronics.


About the role:

  • Provide topnotch customer service to end users regarding product performance and usage
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's product operations, specifications, and capabilities
  • Address technical enquiries from customers across various service channels, assisting them with the maintenance and ongoing support of their products
  • Advise customers on the best product options and accessories based on their needs
  • Monitor and document trends in equipment failures and report them accordingly, as well as potential product improvements, policies, and procedures

About you:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in contact centerbased operations
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and attendance
