Job Description:

As the Director of Training Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future ofaviation training at Adelaide Aviation Pty Ltd.

You will be responsible for developinginnovative training programs, enhancing existing curriculum, and ensuring compliance withregulatory standards.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team ofinstructors and contribute to the growth and success of our flight school.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for aspiring pilots,ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to design engaging and effective learningmaterials, including manuals, presentations, and simulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training content and delivery methods to identify areasfor improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the training department budget and resource allocation to support programdevelopment and delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development amongtraining staff, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation industry trends, technologicaladvancements, and regulatory changes to inform training strategies.

Requirements:

  • Hold minimum a valid CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority)


Commercial Pilot Licence- Extensive experience in aviation training, including instructional design, curriculumdevelopment, and program management.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of instructors.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with internal and external stakeholders.- Proven track record of innovation and creativity in developing training solutions thatmeet the needs of diverse learners.- Familiarity with aviation industry regulations and standards, particularly in the Australian context.

- Preferably multilingual to effectively communicate with Adelaide Aviationinternational partner's Application Process:
