Several office locations:

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Warwick and Mount Isa, (Candidates outside of these locations will also be considered for the right candidate).Relocation assistance.

What you'll BringAbility to lead and engage in a collaborative way, focusing on development of people, culture, and outcomes.

Developed, or ability to develop, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, with a keen aptitude to work with clients to achieve practical and optimise outcomes.

Ability to mentor and nurture our staff with a keen interest in assisting with the career development of everyone in the team.

Technical skills to lead in the delivery of relevant heavy industrial engineering structural services with a passion for best practises, continuous improvement, and innovation.

You will be a permanent resident of Australia or hold/be progressing towards, Australian Citizenship.
ExperienceMinimum years' experience in heavy industrial structuresRPEQ or equivalent or working towards attaining within the next 6 months.

While we a looking for candidates with experience in Heavy Industrial Structures, candidates with additional experience in other OCE business streams would be viewed favorably.

With flexibility of working locations available for the right candidate, we are ideally looking for someone to be based in the Warwick or Mt Isa Office.

This role would be ideally suited to someone who wants to live out of the city, but still wants to grow their career and be engaged in exciting and interesting engineering projects.
