About the Role
3M are currently seeking an experienced & outgoing Marketing coordinator to join their ANZ Medical Solutions team.

In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to multiple Marketing Managers, as well as assisting the team with various marketing and administrative duties.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a team of eight Product Managers across ANZ with campaign development, content/asset workflow processing and various administrative duties
  • Actioning content searches & marketing asset remediation
  • Taking ownership of "ImSmart Sales Aid app" (sales tool platform used by the sales teams for customer calls) including linking, folder management and usage reporting
  • Processing payments, including issue resolution with agencies and assist in the tracking of the marketing team spending
  • Processing samples, collateral printing and replenishment of materials for the sales and marketing fulfilment centre
  • Working in close collaboration with other functions as required e.g. events and conference coordinators
  • Minimum of 12 years' relevant marketing experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • High levels of competency in all MS Office apps (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, Sharepoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, digital asset repositories e.g. Adobe Experience Manager and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua is helpful but not necessary
  • Immaculate attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with a "can do" attitude
  • Previous experience in the medical industry is favorable however not necessary
