If you are an experienced Trainer looking to gain experience in the thriving Logistics Industry, we have an exciting opportunity to join a Household brand and assist with a distribution facility go-live.

Bring your experience in a technical training role previously and our client will provide industry training.

The Opportunity:

  • Delivering training to new team members across various DC functions
  • Onboarding, inductions and assessments
  • Identifying training gaps
  • Complete MHE training and assessment
  • Maintaining accurate training and assessment records

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a technical training position
  • Experience with employee onboarding, inductions and assessments
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced, KPI driven environment
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Current forklift licence
