If you are an experienced Trainer looking to gain experience in the thriving Logistics Industry, we have an exciting opportunity to join a Household brand and assist with a distribution facility go-live. Bring your experience in a technical training role previously and our client will provide industry training.

**The Opportunity**:

- Delivering training to new team members across various DC functions
- Onboarding, inductions and assessments
- Identifying training gaps
- Complete MHE training and assessment
- Maintaining accurate training and assessment records

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in a technical training position
- Experience with employee onboarding, inductions and assessments
- Impeccable communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Current forklift licence
