We are currently seeking an experienced
Quality Administrator to join our client's established team based in Perth SOR. This opportunity will involve supporting Management with ensuring effective compliance using accredited management systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to Management as required
  • Create and amend controlled documents to coincide with legislation requirements
  • Overseeing the implementation of quality control records and regular reporting of quality performance data
  • Ensure all compliances are met both contractually and safety compliance
  • Coordinate the submission of project and contract deliverables
  • Assist in the implementation of the Document and Records Management Plan
  • Data entry
  • Being proactive and solution based to achieve positive business outcomes

To be considered for the role you must have:


  • Previous employment as a Quality Professional working in the Construction environment:

Experience using ISO9001 Quality Management System:

  • Proven capability using accredited management systems for compliance and auditing
  • Sound knowledge across Microsoft Office 360
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Data entry
and filing of QA records

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders
