To be successful in this role you will have a conscientious and enthusiastic outlook to assist with the development and implementation of high-quality programs for school aged children.

The Year Round Care Educator or Assistant is responsible for:

• Assisting in the provision of a flexible service that delivers quality stimulating care.
• Working with a child focussed approach including an understanding of the needs of children aged 5-12
• Identifying, analysing and resolving problems including the ability to react spontaneously in a changing environment
• Working effectively with others within a team or independently including supervision of children
• Using a range of communication skills in the workplace with adults and children

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Certificate III in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and Care
• HLTAID004 Provide Emergency First Ais Response in an Education & Care Setting
• Working With Children's Check
• Driver Licence

Part time Salary range: Grade 8: $ per hour plus superannuation

Casual Salary range: Grade 8: $ $39.74 per hour including 25% loading plus Superannuation.

Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
