Our esteemed Government Agency Client is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Health & Safety Advisor to become part of their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Health & Safety Lead in achieving strategic goals and fostering continuous enhancement in health and safety procedures.
  • Implement effective communication tactics to encourage transparent safety dialogues.
  • Manage and execute health and safety projects, initiatives, and schemes.
  • Establish reliable relationships with both internal and external associates.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and upkeep ISO45001 and ISO45003 standards.
  • Execute crucial safety-related projects to promote a favorable safety atmosphere.
  • Assist business sectors in spearheading an efficient contractor management system.
  • Engage in tendering/procurement procedures, contractor introduction, and safety performance evaluations.
  • Identify and control significant risks through strategic risk management strategies.
  • Participate in incident probes and ensure prompt dissemination and execution of safety insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in a similar role with a history of favorable results.
  • Dedication to enhancing safety culture and protocols.
  • Robust leadership skills to motivate stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for improved safety performance.
  • Familiarity with change management concepts (preferred).
