Job Description:

Your new role and how you'll make a difference_**The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support and enable effective sales administration to satisfy company accounting requirements, nationally in Australia and New Zealand.


We have an excellent casual opportunity for a contract management professional to join our finance team 2 days per week.


_ The value-add things you'll be doing_

  • Sales administration duties & support to the National Sales team, Marketing Services, Company 360 & DMS
  • To appease customers dissatisfied with products, refer to relevant representative for action
  • Assisting in the processing of contracts and contract adjustments in SFDC, Aplan and Marketing Services & Company 360, to ensure correct analysis and entry of orders into the accounting system
  • Assisting Team Members in their day to day tasks where possible & required by D&B
  • Ensuring EOM is Completed by EOB work day
  • Maintain & Update clients' details in Great Plains accurately.
  • Reconcile Contracts processed on a monthly basis to the accounts, general ledger and registers
  • Set up users in Aplan & Company 360 and provide credit gate access to internal staff, CRS clients and NZ RMS clients
  • Invoicing & Processing Credit notes in Great Plains for all BU (incl FCS & DI)
  • Invoicing contracts with payment terms (halfyearly, quarterly, monthly)
  • AU & NZ.
  • Do all account transfers in Aplan and inform Service Desk
  • Update and maintain Sales Registers for Publications & Marketing products/services & Company 360, for Australia nationally

Qualifications:

The experience and qualifications you'll need to be successful_**- Presenting and Communicating Information

  • Computer Literacy
  • Microsoft Software Package (particularly Excel).
  • Sound Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience essential
  • Strong database skills (Great Plains/Aplan).
  • An understanding of statistical information.
  • Effective verbal and written business communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills/ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on numerical accuracy.
