Our client, a prominent figure in the provision of mental health and allied health services, is on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary General Manager to helm operations across their four clinics located in Hamilton, NSW, and Rutherford.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Direct a diverse multidisciplinary team, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, Psychologists, and Exercise Physiologists, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture is cultivated.

Strategic Development: Oversee all facets of HR, total management, and the strategic direction for business expansion, adapting to meet the evolving needs of the community and maintain best practice standards.

Comprehensive Client Care: Guarantee the provision of holistic care across all age groups, overseeing a mixed caseload with the support of an inclusive and dedicated administrative and management team.

Team Oversight: Manage a comprehensive support network, including a full reception/admin team and a Practice Manager, to enable smooth clinic operations and outstanding service to clients.

About You:

Qualifications: Advanced qualifications in a field relevant to mental health or allied health, coupled with qualifications in Leadership or Management (desirable although not a requirement)

Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams within the mental health or allied health sectors, with a strong background in operational leadership and business management.

Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring teams towards excellence and innovation.

Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker with a robust vision for expanding service accessibility, enhancing client outcomes, and building a nurturing, inclusive work environment.
