ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
BONDI, NSW


This role requires you to support the boutique manager with coaching and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service, sales and KPI results.

As a passionate brand ambassador, you will uphold immaculate Visual Merchandising and team presentation standards, whilst assisting the boutique manager with coaching and developing a team of service experts.

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Proven ability in consistently driving and achieving top line sales
  • A charismatic leader with a focus on team culture
  • Passionate about things Tigerlily
  • Incredible customer service and selling skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Handson experience from the stock room to the shop floor

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assisting the boutique manager to ensure all team members deliver individual sales and KPI performance above company benchmark by driving exceptional customer service.
  • Review sales and KPIs on a daily basis to provide targeted strategies.
  • Assist the boutique manager in providing targeted coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.
  • Assist with motivating and inspiring the team, providing recognition of high performance and monitoring team morale.
