We are looking for two creative Product Designers to take charge of the strategic direction and implementation of user experience (UX) and visual design projects for the Flexischools platform. As a part of this role, you'll be responsible for developing intuitive, captivating designs that enrich the overall usability, functionality, and attractiveness of the platform for all users, including parents and suppliers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design team in creating user-friendly interfaces, experiences, and visual designs for our platform.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to outline product requirements, user flows, and design specifications.
  • Conduct user research, usability tests, and collect feedback to guide design decisions and refine product designs efficiently.
  • Establish and uphold design systems, style guides, and design documentation to maintain consistency and scalability across all product features.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes and provide innovative solutions continually.
  • Offer mentorship, guidance, and assistance to junior designers, nurturing a collaborative and innovative design environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience as a designer in a product-oriented setting, preferably in the SaaS or two-sided marketplace field.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing various design projects, including web and mobile applications' user interfaces, user experiences, and visual designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
  • Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
  • Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and data-driven design methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, agile environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
