As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Manager to join their team and contribute to the companies continued success.


Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including leave policies etc.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files and employee data
  • Implement and manage HRIS systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and implement appropriate changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the civil construction industry, with a solid understanding of constructionspecific HR challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
