Dynamic Support Services draws on evidence and strength-based approach to the services we provide including short-term, medium-term, long-term, emergency accommodation, in-home support, and support coordination.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a combination of relevant training and experience.
  • At least 6 months experience as an Accounts Assistant or willing to learn.
  • Experience using Xero (Xero Certified), MYOB
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST and BAS processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to be organised, prioritise work, and manage time effectively.
  • Current drivers' license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • Has leadership qualities and the ability to grow within the company to a Managerial role.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Summarises current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending Policies and Procedures.
  • Timely and accurate processing of endtoend payroll including salary packaging, leave management and superannuation, responding to staff wage and salary queries, process and paying employees' Superannuation.
  • Accounts Payable, process accounts payable in Xero and maintain archiving accounts. Accounts Receivables, raise & process invoices as requested and bank reconciliation.
  • Preparation of BAS and superannuation statements, credit card, and employee expense reimbursement.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends.
  • Process of Dynamic Support Service's fullfunction account processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collection of accounts.

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
