The opportunity

As the Customer Care & Support Manager, you will be reporting to the Group Manager Customer Solutions. This position involves leading the Customer Care & Support team to achieve customer, community, employee, and shareholder goals.

The role demands dynamic leadership to provide comprehensive support to customers facing challenges while ensuring the company's financial stability through effective debt management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role and holds tertiary qualifications in business administration, finance, or a related field. Strong leadership skills and the ability to enhance team capabilities are essential.

With expertise in credit, collections, complaints, and customer relations within a large organization, you understand the importance of customer-centric strategies that balance financial sustainability with customer support.

Advanced analytical and financial skills, along with effective communication and regulatory knowledge, are required for this role.
