Iconic Security require an experienced full-time Security Supervisor in Perth.

This is a community and tenant liaison role. Working closely with our prestigious client and Security team, daily assistance and support will be provided to building management teams, stakeholders, and tenants.

What are the duties?

  • Liaising with clients, stake holders and patrons
  • Maintain client's expectations.
  • Maintaining order and safety of all asset users
  • Motivate and provide guidance to Security Officers on site
  • Lock and unlock the asset(s)
  • Provide incident reports for all notable occurrences
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Provide ongoing training and leadership to Security Officers on site
  • Identify hazards and issues.

We are seeking individuals who:

  • Have exemplary customer focus and high professional standards
  • Have strong communication skill towards clients and team on site
  • Enjoy walking and interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Have a strong understanding of Security fundamentals and health / safety practices
  • Have exemplary presentation
  • Are willing to participate in a team environment
  • Previous and similar type of security experience (2+ years desirable).
  • You must have supervision experience
  • You must be physically fit and enjoy being on your feet
  • You must have Australian working rights
  • Current WA Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Retail experience desired but not essential.

$ $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Claremont, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- supervisor: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • WA security licence (required)
