We have a new opportunity for a driven Health & Safety Administrator to join the National Health & Safety team for a 12-month term contract at our Eight Mile Plains office.

Reporting to the National Health & Safety Manager, you will support the rollout of two transformational, critical scopes of work relating to our Living Safely 2.0 strategy.


You will assist with:

  • Organising and facilitating pre
- and post
- audit meetings with fixed plant site teams, ensuring audit actions are transferred to CAMs in accordance with the FPA Reporting Protocol.

  • Supporting FPA reporting obligations to all stakeholders, including site teams, Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services (FHIS) Senior Leaders and the Fulton Hogan Australia (FHA) Executive.
  • Be involved in the development and deployment of dedicated FPA Dashboards, using PowerBI.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.


The FHA FPA Team is made up of senior H&S, Environment and Sustainability and Operational leaders who are focussed on having a positive effect on workplaces across Australia both now and into the future.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in an impactful body of work.

Furthermore, there is an opportunity support the FHA team in the deployment of living safety strategy actions and improvements.

Some of the key focus areas as part of those actions and improvements include deployment of a multi-modal Living Safely Manual, reformation of Australian Critical Risk Groups and deployment of psychological and 'time in motion' studies of targeted critical risk activities.
