About the Opportunity


As a member of the Procure to Pay (P2P) team during a period of transition to an improved way of working, the P2P Analyst is integral for actively managing day-to-day operational activities and data to ensure integrity and accuracy of RACV's supplier payments.

As operations become streamlined and stabilise, the P2P Analyst will support 3rd party risk management, due diligence and compliance activities drawing on their technical aptitude and curiosity.

Reporting to the P2P Manager the P2P Analyst focuses on analysing, investigating and monitoring transactional data within ERP systems and business enquiries to verify accuracy of supplier payments.


You will also support the creation of reporting and data management to deliver visibility of spend, user behaviours and process performance in P2P systems as well as identify, develop, plan and implement continuous improvement and governance initiatives for P2P processes and technology.


What you'll need to be successful

  • Experience within an accounts payable / procurement / purchasing / finance operations function.
  • Thorough experience in ERP system invoice and payment processing is essential.
  • Exposure in procurement/finance processing such as supplier onboarding and/or supplier master data management/change in details, will give you an advantage.
  • Experience in procurement system experience (Concur
  • Jagger) will be desirable.
  • Qualification in Business/Accounting and or equivalent experience (desirable).
  • Ability to meet operational deadlines and/or enjoy working in a fastpaced environment"
