We are seeking a dedicated individual on a 9-month parental leave cover for our Channel Marketing Campaign Manager role You will be crucial in running the day-to-day marketing program across Optus owned distribution channels, driving demand and sales amongst Business customers.

This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of our strategy across both consideration & demand gen, paid & owned channels and leading the ongoing program of work

Your day in the life of channel marketing campaign manager at Optus,

  • Implementation, management, and optimisation of the marketing strategy for Business Channel Partners
  • Establish and maintain robust working relationships with key channel partners to deliver targeted strategic solutions and internal/ agency partners to plan, implement and review the ideal marketing channel mix, optimizing performance.
  • Work with creative agency partners to develop compelling communications to drive a direct response & test various messages to develop creative insights for future performance
  • Manage the ongoing reporting, analysis, and optimisation of Business Channel Partners marketing activity

Your skills to pay the bills

  • Proven track record in similar role with strong exposure to driving, implementing & optimising a marketing strategy
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling briefs and manage campaign budgets
  • Strong reporting and analytical experience
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications e.g. Business / Marketing Degree is desirable
