Analyst Engineer will specialise in designing and deploying technical solutions; evaluating software suitability for desired outcomes; collaborating with end users, vendors, and developers. They will use analytical and technical expertise to address business challenges. They will be skilled in software configuration, deployment, and process improvement.

Optimize business systems through innovative tech, ensuring peak efficiency and unparalleled customer service. Dive deep into stakeholder requirements, tweaking software or introducing fresh tech to enhance productivity. Play a pivotal role in major projects with dedicated analytical insights. Transform business visions into tangible solutions, mapping out detailed specs, diagrams, and flowcharts. Customise our banking applications to meet dynamic business needs. Continuously refine our core systems for optimum performance. Stand as the frontline in application support, swiftly resolving any hiccups.

About you

Working knowledge in analysing information – clear probing, producing solutions and making judgements Demonstrated experience in delivering results and meeting customer expectations; upholding high standards to achieve project goals. Exceptional at interpreting and conveying both written and verbal information. Proven experience in applying, developing and sharing specialist and detailed technical expertise. Skilled in identifying trends and connections from varied data sources, including customers, competitors, and the market. Expert at understanding and analysing numerical and statistical information.
