We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Service team in Albury on a Permanent Full Time basis as a Service Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes for scripted complex mobility equipment in conjunction with sales staff and therapists
  • Create service appointments in conjunction with the customer and internal teams
  • Create purchase orders with relevant clients, preparation of quotes and invoicing
  • Coordination and booking of Demo equipment for the Complex Rehab sales team
  • Communicate customer requirements with relevant teams
  • Follow up progress of current jobs and communicate to customers
  • Provide general support as required to the clinical sales team

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a desire to provide solutions to customer needs
  • Motivated and results driven.
  • A strong team player and a desire to see the team succeed
  • A willingness to learn and high attention to detail
  • Background in a similar role or industry would be advantageous
