Instrumentation Control Apprenticeship.

You will be hosted with Siemens a well-respected company, specialising who focuses on electrification, automation and digitalisation.


One of the world's largest producers of energy-efficient, resource-saving technologies, they are a leading supplier of systems for power generation and transmission as well as medical diagnosis.

They also play a pioneering role in infrastructure and industry solutions.

Working in the building and technologies division, you will develop skills in building automation, commissioning HVAC, security, and lighting.


Undertaking this four-year apprenticeship will allow you to become qualified in Instrumentation and Control and earn your
UEE42220
Certificate IV Instrumentation and Control.


ABOUT YOU

  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Electrical aptitude and problemsolving skills essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good safety awareness
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to pass a preemployment medical
  • Previous Electrical work or certificate II in electrical is preferred but not essential
  • Have an affinity for computers following advances in technology
  • Possess a diagnostic ability you like to solve problems by finding out how things work
