The Client & The Role

As the Bookkeeper, you will liaise with a variety of clients and use the latest technology in the accounting field.


Our client is a Business Advisory and Chartered Accounting firm that supports their clients at each stage of their business cycle, such as bookkeeping, tax and virtual CFO services.

The Duties & Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new clients and assessing administrative systems and processes
  • Entering bills and making payments
  • Producing Management reports
  • Reconciling balance sheets
  • Lodge & process BAS & wages
  • Allocate transactions
  • Payroll duties
  • Ad hoc Bookkeeping duties

The Applicant

  • Ideally 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping
  • Experience and knowledge with Xero or MYOB (our client uses Xero, however this can be trained)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Team working attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills
